dc.description.abstract | The present study, conducted through a review of the literature, aims to evaluate, in a systemic way, the strengths and weaknesses to be undertaken in the Home Care Dental Services business, based on the SWOT Analysis technique. This technique makes it possible to develop strategic planning in a way that provides greater competitiveness in the business being analyzed. Home Care is a modality of service in the health area, and in the context of the present monographic study, it takes into account the humanization of services and the desire of patients to be cared for in their home. The study of marketing tools in the form of the mix, as the product compound (the goods and service), price (money paid for the product), square (the activities involved in product movement) and promotion (the communication that Leads to purchase) aims to ensure a good venture in the area of Home Care. Having analyzed the initial hypotheses, it was concluded that it is imperative to identify the potential of a company, in addition to identifying the challenges of the course of the competitive enterprise, and SWOT analysis is an important alternative for engaged entrepreneurs in a Home Care venture. For so many reasons, the requirements and expectations of the public served by this type of service should also be considered, identifying the risks and opportunities of the market regarding the provision of dental care in the Home Care system. | |
