Adequação das normas de utilização do laboratório C004 da UTFPR-CM

Abstract

Using the 5S quality, the ordering of tools was carried out, the identification and reallocation of the equipment in the Teaching Laboratory C004. Using the same methodology, a system of continuous improvement and layout was implemented, contributing to the optimization of the work of the professionals and the academic community that use the space within the institution. With photographic records and measurements, Standard Operating Procedures (POPs) were created for each of the equipment and routines, as well as the risk map. The system can be continuously enhanced for use in other institution laboratories and improve the student and teacher experience. The entire implementation was monitored and aided by the lab technician, noting and adjusting the improvements for all who use.
