dc.descriptionEl artículo se desarrolla en el campo de los problemas legales de la integración estatal y específicamente en la contribución de los tribunales internacionales al fortalecimiento de los procesos de integración. La autora enfatiza en que no todas las formas de Cooperación Internacional de los Estados pueden calificarse como integración, empero, una característica distintiva de la integración de la justicia es precisamente el funcionamiento de un tribunal general en ella, cuya competencia incluye, la interpretación de los tratados, así como la resolución de disputas entre Estados y Organismos. Por lo cual el artículo, teniendo como base 50 publicaciones científicas, destaca las tendencias en la práctica judicial y las posiciones legales más importantes de algunos cuerpos de justicia internacional en Europa, Euroasia, América Latina y África. Al final, se extraen conclusiones generales sobre la efectividad de los tribunales de las asociaciones de integración.
dc.descriptionThe article is developed in the field of legal problems of state integration and specifically in the contribution of international courts to strengthening integration processes. The author emphasizes that not all forms of International Cooperation of States can be classified as integration, however, a distinctive feature of the integration of justice is precisely the operation of a general court in it, whose competence includes the interpretation of treaties, as well as the resolution of disputes between States and Organizations. Therefore, the article, based on 50 scientific publications, highlights the trends in judicial practice and the most important legal positions of some international justice bodies in Europe, Eurasia, Latin America and Africa. In the end, general conclusions are drawn about the effectiveness of integration association courts.
