dc.descriptionThis paper intends to spread popular knowledge of the locations of Bariro and Goajiro (Falcon State), framed in the value of creative and productive work, principles of 21th Century Socialism. It is based on the theories of Baez (2008), Sequera (2004) and Mosonyi (1982) . The methodology consists of ethnographic study. Semi-structured interviews was made with a script of 12 questions analyzed by Atlas -ti program; three informants were interviewed. Among the major findings have these popular wisdom: cabañuelas which method is used to find out which months will be rainy or summer; the cayapas crown , a kind of collective work to do in one day ; the salves are singing the saints , as sort of beg . Hence the importance of publicizing these popular knowledge and thereby contribute to the preservation of the cultural heritage of peoples, rescue the historical memory and evaluate the same.en-US
dc.descriptionSe propone difundir los saberes populares de las localidades de Bariro y Goajiro, estado Falcón, enmarcados en el valor del trabajo creador y productivo, principios del Socialismo del Siglo XXI. Se sustenta en las teorías de Báez (2008), Sequera (2004)  Mosonyi (1982). La metodología consiste en estudio etnográfico. Se utilizó la entrevista semiestructurada elaborada con un guión de 12 preguntas analizado mediante el Programa Atlas-ti; con tres informantes. Entre los principales hallazgos se tienen estos saberes populares: las cabañuelas, método que se utiliza para saber cuáles meses serán lluviosos o de verano; las cayapas de corona, especie de trabajo colectivo para hacerlo en un solo día; las salves, son cantos a los santos, como especie de ruego. De allí la importancia de dar a conocer estos saberes populares y con ello contribuir a la preservación del patrimonio cultural de los pueblos, rescatar la memoria histórica y valorar lo propio.es-ES
