dc.descriptionLas siguientes notas procuran ofrecer una aproximación a la configuración de la autonomía local en el régimen municipal venezolano, tomando como fundamento para ello la doctrina nacional y extranjera al respecto y teniendo como base, la normativa constitucional y legal sobre la materia. En ese sentido, nos proponemos realizar una breve aproximación histórica al contexto en el que se desarrolla la evolución de la autonomía municipal y su recepción por el municipalismo venezolano; a su vez, una conceptualización de sus contenidos y principios, su consagración en el régimen municipal nacional y sus vertientes. De igual forma, grosso modo, ofrecer algunas reflexiones en relación a su disminución dado el complejo cuadro de centralización que ha imperado en Venezuela los últimos años. El presente trabajo se presenta como una investigación reflexiva, de carácter teórico, cuyo propósito es ofrecer un marco conceptual que nos brinde un miramiento objetivo sobre el tema tratado.
dc.descriptionThe following notes seek to provide an approach to the setting of the local autonomy on the system applied in Venezuela, taking as a foundation the national and foreign doctrine on the subject, and having as a basis the constitutional and legal regulations on the matter. In this regard, we propose a brief historical approach to the context, developing the evolution of the autonomy in the system and its reception by the Venezuelan municipality; in turn, a conceptualization of contents and principles, its consecration in the system and its aspects. Similarly, roughly, to offer some reflections regarding their decline given the complex picture of centralization that has prevailed in Venezuela in recent years. This paper presents a reflective research, theoretical, with the purpose of providing a conceptual framework that gives us an objective look on the subject.
