| dc.description | El presente trabajo constituye una síntesis del proceso de formación de límites terrestres de Venezuela producido como material de apoyo docente. Se han utilizado varias fuentes primarias, pero fundamental ha sido el texto: “Historia de las Fronteras de Venezuela” de Hermann González Oropeza y Manuel Donis Ríos, de la serie Cuadernos de Lagoven, publicado en 1989, material agotado y de difícil acceso hoy en día. El trabajo se divide en dos partes, en la primera se resume lo relativo a la integración territorial: capitulaciones e instituciones que la favorecieron y en la segunda el proceso de formación de límites con Colombia, Guayana y Brasil. | |
| dc.description | This paper is a summary of the construction process of Venezuela land boundaries and produced as teacher support material. Several primary sources have been used but maily has been the text: "History of the borders of Venezuela" by Hermann González Oropeza and Manuel Donis Ríos, of Lagoven notebooks, published in 1989, material in short supply and hard to find nowadays. The work is divided into two parts; the first summarizes concerning territorial integration: capitulations and institutions which favoured and; the second, the process of boundary construction with Colombia, Guyana and Brazil. | |
