dc.descriptionEn esta disertación se intenta realizar una aproximación de la realidad diplomática del derecho de Asilo en la República Bolivariana de Venezuela mediante del análisis de los discursos oficial, intermedio y el Código existentes sobre este derecho, utilizando el Método Arqueológico de Michel Foucault. En este artículo trataremos de determinar la realidad del Derecho de Asilo en Venezuela a través del análisis de su evolución histórica, de las normas jurídicas vigentes -Código-; las consideraciones que sobre la materia ha hecho el autor Rafael Ortíz -Discurso intermedio- y de las posiciones asumidas por el gobierno del Estado con respecto a este derecho -Discurso oficial- utilizando como ejemplo el Caso de Pedro Carmona Estanga.
dc.descriptionIn this dissertation, an attempt is made to approximate the diplomatic reality in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela about the Asylum Right, through the analysis of the discourses: official, intermediate and code, existing on this right, using Archaeological Method of Michel Foucault. In this paper I will try to determine the reality of the Asylum Right in Venezuela through the analysis of its historical evolution, of the current legal norms - Code-; the considerations that have been made on the subject by the author Rafael Ortíz - Intermediate Discourse- and of the positions taken by the government of the State with respect to this right - Official discourse - using as an example the Case of Pedro Carmona Estanga.
