dc.descriptionEl reconocimiento de la psicología jurídica y forense dentro de los sistemas penales colombianos implica la asimilación de rol que cumple el psicólogo en todo su contexto y la participación activa de los mismos dentro de la administración de justicia; de allí la necesidad de indagar el conocimiento que tienen los funcionarios del Sistema de Justicia Penal Militar sobre el papel que cumple el Psicólogo Jurídico y Forense, este trabajo da cuenta de la noción que los funcionarios del sistema judicial penal militar del departamento de Boyacá tienen sobre el rol del psicólogo jurídico en la parte probatoria. El enfoque utilizado es hermenéutico y el instrumento “entrevista semiestructurada”, validado por jueces expertos. Este estudio permitió entrelazar en mayor medida las dos áreas del conocimiento, involucrando al psicólogo en el ejercicio de determinación de la verdad, de cara a conseguir la justicia individual y colectiva para esta población particular.
dc.descriptionThe recognition of legal and forensic psychology within Colombian penal systems implies the assimilation of the role played by the psychologist in all its context and the active participation of the same within the administration of justice; Hence the need to investigate the knowledge that the officials of the Military Criminal Justice System have about the role played by the Legal and Forensic Psychologist, this paper gives an account of the notion that the officers of the military criminal justice system of the department of Boyacá have on The role of the legal psychologist in the evidence. The approach used is hermeneutic and the instrument “semi-structured interview”, validated by expert judges. This study allowed the two areas of knowledge to be more intertwined, involving the psychologist in the determination of truth, in order to achieve individual and collective.
