| dc.description | The study aimed to analyze the impact of the social labor process in labor relationsreferred to in Venezuelan labor law, based on the ideas of the Constitution of theBolivarian Republic of Venezuela (1999), Labor Law, the Workers and Workers (2012), DeLa Garza (2007), Lucena (2008), Bencomo (2008), among others. The type of study waslegal, descriptive documentary, documentary design. Technique was applied as a tooldocumentary observation and the summary, which was applied to document analysis. Theresults indicated that the effects are diverse, including national independence to achieveself-determination, social security and food sovereignty through social labor process, theeconomic sovereignty of the country is needed to provide the club with a fair distribution ofwealth , human development for peace promotes coexistence and preservation of life and the environment, to ensure human survival. We conclude that the social process of labor isexpressed in all areas of action LOTTT (2012), as well as about the development plan ofthe nation, highlighting the importance of humanizing element, as well as the incentive tothe development of society. | en-US |
| dc.description | El estudio se dirigió a analizar la repercusión del proceso social de trabajo en lasrelaciones laborales contemplado en el ordenamiento jurídico laboral venezolano; conbase en los planteamientos de la Constitución de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela(Asamblea Nacional Constituyente, 1999), Ley Orgánica del Trabajo, las Trabajadoras ylos Trabajadores (Asamblea Nacional, 2012); De La Garza (2007), Lucena (2008),Bencomo (2008), entre otros. El tipo de estudio fue jurídico, documental descriptivo, condiseño documental. Se aplicó la técnica de observación documental y como instrumento laficha resumen, a lo cual se aplicó el análisis documental. Los resultados indicaron que sondiversas las repercusiones que incluyen la independencia nacional para lograr laautodeterminación, la seguridad social y soberanía alimentaria a través del proceso socialde trabajo; la soberanía económica del país es necesaria para procurar el bienestar conuna justa distribución de la riqueza, el desarrollo humano para la paz promueve laconvivencia y la preservación de la vida y del ambiente, para lograr la supervivenciahumana. Se concluye que el proceso social de trabajo se expresa en todos los ámbitos deacción de la LOTTT (Asamblea Nacional, 2012), así como en torno al plan de desarrollode la nación, destacando la importancia del elemento humanizador, así como el incentivoal desarrollo de la sociedad. | es-ES |
