This study is based the selection of prestigious scientific journals, refereedarticles and renowned domestic and foreign doctrinal criteria, Labor Law, Workers andWorkers (2012), the Constitution and so concerned about this issue for the ILO From themethodological point of view the research is documentary and descriptive, with a design ofliterature. The target population of this research are the unions of Zulia state, who are ina process of transformation and rise. In the present study we used the techniqueliterature, likewise, we conducted a content analysis and critical analysis. The resultsshow that It can be concluded, according to the researcher, in Venezuela there are notraining programs union and union training programs that help to raise the level ofawareness, education and training of members of trade unions and almost no federation or confederation has a program related to solving this challenge inherited from thebeginnings of the Venezuelan labor movement. | en-US |
| dc.description | La presente investigación tuvo como propósito: analizar el papel que desempeñan lasorganizaciones sindicales en el contexto de la globalización. Este estudio se fundamentala selección de prestigiosas revistas científicas, artículos arbitrados y renombradoscriterios doctrinarios nacionales y extranjeros, la Ley Orgánica del Trabajo, losTrabajadores y las Trabajadoras (Presidencia de la República, 2012), la Constitución ytambién lo referido sobre este tema por la O.I.T. Desde el punto de vista metodológico, lainvestigación es de tipo documental, descriptiva; con un diseño bibliográfico. La poblaciónobjeto de esta investigación son las organizaciones sindicales del estado Zulia, las cualesestán en un proceso de transformación y auge. En el presente estudio se utilizó la técnicabibliográfica, asimismo se realizó un análisis de contenido y un análisis crítico. Según losresultados obtenidos se puede concluir, a juicio del investigador, que en Venezuela noexisten programas de capacitación sindical y programas de formación sindical quecoadyuven a elevar el nivel de conciencia, formación y capacitación de los miembros delas organizaciones sindicales y que casi ninguna federación o confederación lleva unprograma relacionado a solucionar este desafío heredado desde los inicios delmovimiento sindical venezolano. | es-ES |
