| dc.description | Mediante la realización de la presente investigación se evaluó la flexibilización laboralcomo mecanismo de apertura al mercado global y su incidencia en el principioproteccionista del derecho de trabajo en Venezuela. En este orden de ideas al analizar lospostulados teóricos de la flexibilidad laboral, desarrollado por diversos tratadistas comoHoyos (1987) y Murgas (2006), así como sus nuevas nociones e interrelaciones con laseguridad, convirtiéndose esta en la novedosa teoría denominada como la flexiseguridad,vista y analizada por el Dr. Fernando Valdés (2013), entre otros tratadistas. Ahora bien, eltipo de investigación es documental, de nivel descriptivo, y se obtuvieron los datos bajola técnica de observación documental estructurada. El conjunto de teorías y estadísticasestudiadas arrojó un conjunto de resultados y, en función del objetivo general, resalta elvínculo cada vez más estrecho entre el derecho del trabajo y la economía producto de laglobalización. En Venezuela es viable la utilización de mecanismos de flexiseguridad paracontrarrestar la desregulación del Derecho del Trabajo ante las pretensiones de laeconomía sin perjudicar el crecimiento macroeconómico del país, es decir, evitando lasconstantes fluctuaciones del PIB y su impacto en la tasa de desempleo nacional. | es-ES |
