| dc.description | The present study was aimed at analyzing the human quality influential factor in thepractice of university social responsibility, based on the theories of Alvarez and others(2010), Araque and Montero (2006), Aguirre and Pelekais (2008), Pelekais and others(2007), among others. The methodological support was based on Arias (2007), Méndez(2006), Hernández, Fernández and Baptista (2006) and Hurtado (2008), among others.The research was typified analytical and descriptive, by observing documentary, whosetheoretical results determined that the humanistic sense behaviors of the people within theuniversity community facilitate the practice of social responsibility. However, significantadvances required by the universities in terms of permanent training programs that build aculture of human qualities, which are socially responsible and comply as contemplated intheir strategic plans. | en-US |
| dc.description | El presente estudio tuvo como fin analizar la calidad humana como factor influyente en lapraxis de la responsabilidad social universitaria, apoyándose en las teorías de Álvarez yotros (2010), Araque y Montero (2006), Aguirre y Pelekais (2008), Pelekais y otros (2007),entre otros. El sustento metodológico se basó en Arias (2007), Méndez (2006),Hernández, Fernández y Baptista (2006) y Hurtado (2008), entre otros.
