| dc.description | This research grew out of a study, based on theories that explain the relationship between Citizens and Political Participation in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. Based on the New Conception of Citizen Participation Policy, Legal Bases of Politics and Citizenship, Participation and Payment Policy and Legal Mechanisms of Public and Political Participation. This research was located within a qualitative research approach, determined by a postpositivist paradigm, which allowed collecting the information directly into the space where it originates. The research design is experimental and not transactional. The proposal raises a different approach from Citizens and Political Participation in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, the specific aims to achieve and the strategies required achieving each of these purposes. | en-US |
| dc.description | El presente trabajo de investigación se desarrolló a partir de un estudio, fundamentado en teorías que explican la relación entre Participación Ciudadana y Política en la República Bolivariana de Venezuela. Partiendo de la nueva concepción de participación ciudadana y política, bases jurídicas de la participación ciudadana y política, formas de participación ciudadana y política y mecanismos legales de participación ciudadana y política. La presente investigación se encuentra dentro de un enfoque de investigación cualitativo, determinado por un paradigma postpositivista, el cual permitió recopilar la información directamente en el espacio donde se origina. El diseño de la investigación no experimental y transeccional. La propuesta formula un enfoque diferente desde la participación ciudadana y política en la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, los propósitos específicos para alcanzarlo y las estrategias requeridas para el logro de cada uno de ellos de estos propósitos. | es-ES |
