dc.descriptionUniversities in Peru have faced reforms over the years, and the conceptions of these reforms have been changing. This article examines regulations that have covered these reforms in Peru until 2019; with the intention, they can be used as a basis for future research. Methodologically, a review of the regulations that were in force to date was carried out to summarize the elements involved. A summary is made regarding the laws that preceded the current law to present the most relevant elements. At the end of the document, recent articles that deal with the subject in question are recommended. Keywords: university reform; Peru; university regulations; university education.en-US
dc.descriptionLas universidades en Perú han enfrentado reformas a lo largo de los años, estas reformas han ido modificando la concepción que se tiene sobre las mismas. Lo que se pretende a través de este artículo es examinar las normativas que han abarcado estas reformas en Perú hasta el año 2019, de manera que puedan ser usadas de base para futuras investigaciones. Metodológicamente se realizó una revisión de las normativas que se encontraban vigentes a la fecha para resumir los elementos que involucran. Se realiza un resumen al respecto de las leyes que antecedieron la ley actual para presentar los elementos más relevantes de las mismas. Al final del documento se recomiendan documentos actuales que tratan sobre la temática en cuestión.
