dc.descriptionThe present study was aimed at analyzing transformational leadership in social enterprises from the ethical perspective of corporate social responsibility. It was based on the theories of the following authors Villalobos (2015), Vargas (2014), Cortina (2014), Chiavenato (2013) Couto (2012), David (2012), Reverol (2011), among others. The methodology used was the exploratory documentary method, which facilitated the review of several sources that would support the transformational leadership variable, jointly, with the ethical aspect and the corporate social responsibility that currently has great relevance for the current organizations. The technique used was observation, which made it easier to access the revised documents.en-US
dc.descriptionEl presente estudio estuvo dirigido a analizar el liderazgo transformacional en empresas sociales desde la perspectiva ética de la responsabilidad social empresarial. El mismo estuvo basado en las teorías de los siguientes autores Villalobos (2015), Vargas (2014), Cortina (2014), Chiavenato (2013) Couto (2012), David (2012), Palomo (2011), Reverol (2011), entre otros. La metodología utilizada fue  el método documental exploratorio, lo que facilitó la revisión de varias fuentes que sustentaron la variable liderazgo transformacional, conjuntamente, con el aspecto ético y la responsabilidad social empresarial que actualmente tiene gran relevancia para las organizaciones actuales. La técnica utilizada fue la observación por lo cual hizo más fácil el acceso a los documentos revisados.es-ES
