| dc.description | The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between teacher management style and the instructional evaluative process in the second stage of basic education. The research was typified as descriptive, field based, and co-relational, with 167 subjects. The technique applied was the survey. Two questionnaires with closed items and multiple alternatives were designed. The results revealed that teachers always adopted the participatory style, and always fulfilled the planning stage. The technique that prevailed did not integrate the components of the process, affecting learning evidenced in the relation: rkk = 0,98 (sub director), rkk = 0,99 (teacher - student). | en-US |
| dc.description | El propósito del estudio fue determinar la relación entre estilo gerencial del docente y el proceso evaluativo instruccional en la segunda etapa de educación básica. La investigación se tipificó descriptiva, de campo, correlacional con 167 sujetos. La técnica fue la encuesta. Se diseñaron dos cuestionarios de respuestas cerradas con alternativas múltiples. Los resultados revelaron que el docente adoptó el estilo participativo cumpliendo siempre como planificador y prevaleció las técnicas sin integrar los componentes en dicho proceso, afectando el aprendizaje evidenciándose la relación: rkk = 0,98 (subdirector), rkk = 0,99 (docente - discente). | es-ES |
