| dc.description | This article attempts to locate and comment on those behaviors that have been designatedby law theory and criminal like economic crimes, specifically in Venezuela, based on theneed to define criminal law and then proceed to the definition of one of its branches suchas the Economic Criminal Law, being that economic crimes are the contents of this andfinally after making an interesting historical journey through the evolution of criminal law inVenezuela since Bolivar up to now, going into the abundant and dispersed Venezuelanlaw, finding just not under this name many of these crimes in the Penal Code and speciallaws and not criminal laws, which are repeated in many cases acts described in theVenezuelan general criminal law that had provided since its implementation in this country.The location of the crimes of economic order in the different laws of Venezuela will allowthe reader to know the way in which this country from the point of view policy is to attackthe economic crime, which has aroused worldwide concern by the rapid advance that this form of crime has occurred in recent years and the havoc that it may in the case ofVenezuelan society. | en-US |
| dc.description | El presente artículo pretende ubicar y comentar acerca de aquellas conductas que hansido denominadas por la doctrina y jurisprudencia penal como delitos de ordeneconómico, específicamente en Venezuela, partiendo de la necesaria definición deDerecho Penal, para luego pasar a la definición de una de sus ramas, como es el DerechoPenal Económico, siendo que los delitos económicos constituyen el contenido de éste yfinalmente, luego de hacer un interesante recorrido histórico por la evolución de las leyespenales en Venezuela, desde Bolívar hasta llegar a la actualidad, adentrándonos en laabundante y dispersa legislación Venezolana, encontrando aunque no precisamente bajoesa denominación muchos de estos delitos en el código penal y en leyes especialespenales y no penales, en las cuales se repiten en muchos casos conductas tipificadas enla ley penal general Venezolana que las tenía previstas desde su implementación en estepaís. La ubicación de los tipos penales de orden económico en las diferentes leyes deVenezuela le permite al lector conocer la forma en la cual en este país desde el punto devista normativo se pretende atacar a la criminalidad económica, la cual ha suscitado unagran preocupación mundial por el vertiginoso avance que esta forma de criminalidad hapresentado en los últimos años y los grandes estragos que la misma puede provocar en elcaso de la sociedad Venezolana. | es-ES |
