dc.description | The present study aimed to analyze sales strategies based on knowledge management developed by the universal bank, with the authors: Stanton, Etzel and Walker (2004), Pride and Ferrell (2005), Drucker (2004), Goñi (2003), among others. The research was descriptive, non-experimental trans-sectional and field design. The population was composed 60 employees, which is the sales force and 5 managers of universal banking. Two questionnaires were developed consisting of items 15 and 26, respectively, with four alternative answers were validated by five experts. The first instrument reliability was determined by the method of throwing a Cronbach Alpha coefficient of 0.74 for the first, and the second a value of 0.91 indicating high reliability. It was concluded that staff are constantly training, likewise, said financial institutions are at the forefront of technology, invest resources to manage knowledge, have intranet for knowledge sharing, select the proper profile of staff to work in sales area, and messages are aligned with customer expectations. | en-US |
dc.description | La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo analizar las estrategias de venta basadas en la gestión del conocimiento desarrolladas por la banca universal, a través de los autores: Stanton, Etzel y Walker (2004), Pride y Ferrell (2005), Drucker (2004), Goñi (2003), entre otros. El tipo de investigación fue descriptiva; el diseño fue de tipo no experimental transeccional descriptivo y de campo. La población se conformó con 60 empleados, que constituyen la fuerza de venta, y 5 gerentes de la banca universal. Se elaboraron dos cuestionarios constituidos por 15 y 26 ítems, respectivamente, con cuatro alternativas de respuestas, los cuales fueron validados por cinco expertos. La confiabilidad del primer instrumento se determinó mediante el método de Alpha de Cronbach, arrojando un coeficiente para el primero de 0.74, y para el segundo un valor de 0.91, indicando alta confiabilidad. Se concluyó que el personal recibe constantemente capacitación, asimismo, dichas instituciones financieras están a la vanguardia de la tecnología, invierten recursos para gestionar el conocimiento y poseen intranet para compartirlo, seleccionan el perfil idóneo del personal para trabajar en área de venta, y los mensajes están alineados con las expectativas del cliente. | es-ES |
