dc.description | This scientific paper follows an investigation that aimed to determine the relationshipbetween conflict mediation and Bullying in schools municipio Jesús Enrique Lossada ZuliaState. The theoretical contributions Senovilla (2009), Tuvilla (2006), Funes y Saint–Mezard(2001), Dulom (2006). The research was descriptive-correlational design with a nonexperimental, cross country. The study population was school counselors and teachers inZulia State, selected seven teachers from each institution are guides section, belonging tothe family school and participating in extracurricular activities, as these criteria sufficient tohave the necessary knowledge of students as well as students in first, second and thirdyear overall mean using quota sampling, selecting 20 students per year (1, 2 and 3) for each school, aged between 11 and 15 years, belonging to the morning because it isconsidered the most violent. We designed a questionnaire instrument type threealternatives: always, sometimes, never, (39) items, the content validity was in charge offive experts and the reliability was calculated using Cronbach's alpha (0.95). The resultsshowed that there is a strong negative relationship between variables, ie that as conflictmediation is effective, bullying decreases and vice versa. dc.description | El presente artículo científico se desprende de una investigación realizada que tuvo comoobjetivo determinar la relación entre la mediación de conflictos y bullying en escuelas delmunicipio Jesús Enrique Lossada del estado Zulia. Los aportes teóricos de Senovilla(2009), Tuvilla (2006), Funes y Saint–Mezard (2001), Dulom (2006), entre otros. El tipo deinvestigación fue descriptivo-correlacional, con un diseño no experimental, transversal, decampo. La población de estudio estuvo compuesta por orientadores y docentes enescuelas del estado Zulia, seleccionándose siete docentes de cada institución que songuías de sección, pertenecientes a la escuela de familia y que participan en actividadesextracurriculares, por ser estos criterios suficientes para tener el conocimiento necesariode los estudiantes; así como los estudiantes de primer, segundo y tercer año de mediageneral, utilizando el muestreo por cuotas, seleccionándose 20 alumnos por año (1º, 2º y3º) por cada escuela, en edades comprendidas entre los 11 y 15 años, pertenecientes alturno matutino, por ser considerado el más violento. Se diseñó un instrumento tipocuestionario de tres alternativas: siempre, a veces y nunca, de 39 ítems, la validez fue decontenido a cargo de 5 expertos en la materia y la confiabilidad se calculó con Alfa deCronbach (0,95). Los resultados evidenciaron que existe una relación negativa y fuerteentre variables, es decir, que a medida que la mediación de conflicto es efectiva, elbullying disminuye y viceversa. | es-ES |
