| dc.description | This article is the result of an investigation, which arises in making a theoretical contrast to determine the importance of ethical intelligence as an alternative for decision-making in public organizations. This is intended to be a reflection on Intelligence Ethics, framed within a context of uncertainty, rapid change, to which these organizations do not escape. In this sense, intelligence as human is undoubtedly one of the key elements to be resized to the intense transformations of modern society. For the purpose of this investigation was based theoretically with the tenets of Martin (2004), Ribeiro (2003), Cerda (2007) and Ryback (2008), among others. This research was conducted under a symbolic interpretive approach, through a qualitative methodology, descriptive and non-experimental design, using documentary analysis. As a result of the investigation it is considered that the main capital that human beings have, for the "good life", is the ability to integrate skills, abilities, skills, and simultaneously irradiating values and principles, ie the ethical intelligence is precisely that allows the organization to resize your project to become a means of self-development and critical of people. We conclude implement alternative ethical intelligence in decision processes and implement the evaluation of alternatives for responsible decision making. | en-US |
| dc.description | El presente artículo es producto de una investigación, donde se realiza un contraste teórico para determinar la importancia de la Inteligencia Ética como una alternativa para la toma de decisiones en organizaciones públicas. Se pretende con ello constituir una reflexión en torno a la Inteligencia Ética, enmarcada dentro de un contexto de incertidumbres, de cambios vertiginosos, a las cuales no escapan estas organizaciones. En este sentido, la inteligencia como capacidad humana, es sin duda alguna uno de los elementos fundamentales que ha de redimensionarse ante las intensas transformaciones de la sociedad actual. Para los efectos de esta investigación se fundamentó teóricamente con los postulados de Martin (2004), Ribeiro (2003), Cerda (2007) y Ryback (2008), entre otros. Esta investigación se realizó bajo un enfoque simbólico interpretativo, a través de una metodología cualitativa, de tipo descriptiva y diseño no experimental, mediante un análisis documental. Como resultado de la investigación se considera que el principal capital que tiene el ser humano, para el “buen vivir”, es esa capacidad integradora de habilidades, aptitudes, destrezas, y al mismo tiempo irradiadora de valores y de principios, es decir que la inteligencia ética radica precisamente en que la organización redimensione su proyecto al convertirse en un medio para el desarrollo autónomo y crítico de las personas. Se concluye aplicar la inteligencia ética como alternativa en los procesos de decisión y ejecutar la evaluación de las alternativas para una toma de decisiones responsable. | es-ES |
