| dc.description | The present Study, has like purpose to investigate about the transformation of the public health management, which requires the redefinition of it own organizational structure and the exercise of the leadership, from a characterization on the present management, the methodology used in the present investigation was descriptive and documentary with an evolutive approach that tried to diagnose and evaluate the health sector management problematic, considering the mentioned element are necessaries to get it successfully, the new paradigms according to the new realities, if the transformation is not reached the high management of these institutions won’t be able to assume an efficient and successful management. | en-US |
| dc.description | La presente investigación tiene como finalidad estudiar la transformación de la gerencia del sector salud, lo cual requiere redefinir la estructura organizacional, y del ejercicio del liderazgo, a partir de la caracterización sobre la actual gerencia. La metodología empleada es de tipo descriptiva documental en un enfoque evolutivo que pretendió diagnosticar y evaluar la problemática gerencial existente en el sector salud, considerados los elementos mencionados fundamentales para enfrentar con éxito los nuevos paradigmas que exigen las nuevas realidades, al no lograr dicha transformación, la alta gerencia no podrá asumir una gestión eficiente y exitosa. | es-ES |
