| dc.description | In the last years, have been proved a series of accomplishments in relation to the development of the technological conduct, based in the processes of acquisition of knowledge’s and technological innovation, however still exist a big number of weaknesses in relation to the concretion of politics and strategies directed to the definition of a common objective through, the main actors of the national system of innovation, university-enterprise-state, unity judgments looking for the generation of benefits socials and economics reals. In this sense, is considerate of special importance to realize a precise analysis of the technological conducts development in the ambit of the university-enterprise entail. | en-US |
| dc.description | En los últimos años, se han evidenciado una serie de logros, en relación al desarrollo de la gestión tecnológica, basada en los procesos de adquisición de conocimientos e innovación tecnológica, sin embargo, existen aún un gran número de debilidades en relación a la concreción de políticas y estrategias dirigidas a la definición de un objetivo común a través del cual, los principales actores del sistema nacional de innovación, universidad-empresa-estado, unifiquen criterios en busca de la generación de beneficios sociales y económicos reales. En este sentido, se considera de especial importancia realizar un análisis exhaustivo del desarrollo de la Gestión Tecnológica en el ámbito de la vinculación universidad – empresa. | es-ES |
