dc.descriptionThe objective of this article is to reflect on the application of the ontological, epistemological and methodological planes of qualitative research, and its incursion in a positive way in the world of research in the nursing profession as a humanistic science in universities, Philosophical bases arise from the interrelation that must exist between the nurse-patient. It is important to highlight that research has undergone a fundamental change throughout its orientation, not only to try to understand traditional research and science; Thus, it was possible to develop and consolidate a more effective practice, that is, the realities whose nature and structures can be observed at least partially, from the outside, may be the object of study by other methods. All this is done on the different philosophical traditions such as phenomenology and hermeneutics, when exploring the thoughts of Edmund Husserl, Martin Heidegger; The two philosophical representations propose a viable methodological strategy to be used in qualitative research in the nursing profession, either under the descriptive school of Husserl and the interpretive position of Heidegger. The nurse needs this philosophy to give an interpretive meaning to the phenomena of the world of life in order to determine the importance of care in health-disease situations, favoring an analysis through the description and interpretation of the phenomena critical-reflective about ourselves. Phenomenology and hermeneutics require rigor as research methods, so that the findings are as accurate as possible from the perspective of those who experience it, and are useful in approaching the phenomenon under study. These research methods give nursing the opportunity to develop, to approach in depth the phenomenon of interest called the care of the human being.en-US
dc.descriptionEl objetivo de este  artículo es reflexionar acerca de la aplicación de los planos del conocimiento ontológico, epistemológicos y metodológicos de investigación cualitativa, y su incursión de forma positiva en el mundo de la investigación en la profesión de enfermería como ciencia humanística en las universidades, las bases filosóficas surgen de la interrelación que debe existir entre la enfermera-paciente. Es importante resaltar, que la investigación ha dado un cambio fundamental a lo largo de su orientación no solo para tratar de comprender las investigaciones y las ciencias tradicionales; pues, se pudo desarrollar y afianzar una práctica más eficaz, es decir, las realidades cuyas naturaleza y estructuras pueden ser observadas al menos parcialmente, desde afuera, podrán ser objeto de estudio de otros métodos. Todo esto se realiza sobre las diferentes tradiciones filosóficas como lo son la fenomenología y la hermenéutica, al explorar los pensamientos de Edmund Husserl, Martin Heidegger; las dos representaciones filosóficas plantean una estrategia metodológica viable de ser utilizada en la investigación cualitativa en la profesión de enfermería, ya sea bajo la escuela descriptiva de Husserl y la postura interpretativa de Heidegger. La enfermera necesita de ésta filosofía para otorgar un sentido interpretativo a los fenómenos del mundo de la vida con el fin de determinar la importancia de los cuidados en las situaciones salud-enfermedad, favoreciendo a través de la descripción y la interpretación de los fenómenos un análisis crítico- reflexivo sobre nosotros mismos. La fenomenología y la hermenéutica  requiere rigurosidad como métodos de investigación, para que los hallazgos sean lo más certeros posibles desde la perspectiva de quien lo experimenta, y sean de utilidad en el abordaje del fenómeno en estudio. Estos métodos de investigación,  le entrega a la enfermería la oportunidad de desarrollarse, aproximarse en profundidad al fenómeno de interés llámese el cuidado del ser humanoes-ES
