Teachers in addition to their cognitive skills, must innovate and promote improvements to strengthen the process of andragogical learning. This new educational management as Hargreaves (2005), "involves social and cultural components as well as technical and intellectual, to establish emotional bonds with and among students, and thus lay the foundation construction of empathy, tolerance and commitment society "(p. 59). | dc.description | A continuación se presenta un ensayo que invita al pensamiento de la gestión del docente desde la innovación y la heurística. Los docentes además de sus competencias cognoscitivas, deben innovar y promover mejoras para fortalecer el proceso de aprendizajes andragógicos. Esta nueva gestión educativa según Hargreaves (2005), “conlleva componentes sociales y culturales, además de técnicos e intelectuales, para establecer lazos emocionales con y entre el alumnado, y de este modo sentar las bases constructoras de la empatía, la tolerancia y el compromiso con la sociedad” (p. 59). Este contexto se traduce en nuevos retos para los docentes en las universidades, además de propiciar el crecimiento del ser humano, permite la convivencia y el bien común. | es-ES |
