| dc.description | Considering that the current changing world in which we live demands the existence of a social transformation of the individual, it is necessary to develop their intellectual, attitudinal and methodological as a way to address this reality in an interdisciplinary approach through interaction subject - object where the teacher and classroom researcher and manager relates to the object that is to form the symbolic elements of social context in the process of reconstruction and transformation of thought, action, knowledge, and therefore of himself and his reality. | dc.description | Tomando en consideración que el actual mundo cambiante en el cual nos desenvolvemos demanda la existencia de una transformación social del individuo, se hace necesario desarrollar sus capacidades intelectuales, actitudinales y metodológicas como vía para abordar dicha realidad bajo un enfoque interdisciplinario mediante la interacción sujeto – objeto, donde el docente como investigador y gerente de aula se relaciona con el objeto que viene a conformar los elementos simbólicos de su contexto social en un proceso de reconstrucción y transformación del pensamiento, la acción, el conocimiento, y por ende de sí mismo y su realidad. El presente ensayo se enfoca hacia la integración de diversas disciplinas que permiten expresar las incidencias sobre los modos de producción de conocimientos para dar paso a una nueva dimensión gerencial dentro del contexto educativo hacia la transformación social. | es-ES |
