| dc.description | Education is a complex and multi-faceted process that involves the participation of subjects with the common goal of training people according to the objectives of the State; transmitting the values and governing principles for that historical moment. From this perspective, university education serves to constitute the individuals required by the State in order to preserve established values and promote the development of the nation. In this sense, university education must adapt to the challenges of the changing environment and external influence due to globalization. It is there where the techniques, procedures and strategies followed by teachers have to promote the interaction of students in the pursuit of knowledge by their own means and in accordance with the environment; and since the participant is an adult, the strategies must be linked to this age group, with Andragogy being the key element. The interest of the andragogic process is to maximize individual learning but at the same time the learning of others, creating a harmonious work environment between teacher and student | en-US |
| dc.description | La educación es un proceso complejo y de múltiples aristas que involucra la participación de sujetos con el fin común de formar a las persona en función de objetivos del Estado; trasmitiendo los valores y principios regentes para ese momento histórico. Desde esta perspectiva, la educación universitaria sirve para constituir a los individuos que requiere el Estado a fin de preservar los valores establecidos y fomentar el desarrollo de la nación. En este sentido, la educación universitaria debe adaptarse a los retos del cambiante entorno y de la influencia externa debido a la globalización. Es allí donde las técnicas, procedimientos y estrategias seguidas por los docentes tienen que promover la interacción de los estudiantes en la búsqueda del conocimiento por medios propios y en concordancia con el entorno; y al ser el participante un adulto, las estrategias deben estar ligadas a este grupo etario, siendo la Andragogía el elemento clave. El interés del proceso andragógico es maximizar el aprendizaje individual pero al mismo tiempo el aprendizaje de los otros, creando un ambiente armónico de trabajo entre docente y estudiante | es-ES |
