| dc.description | The purpose of this article is show the design of future indicators of the Environment variable for Morán Municipality, Lara state of Venezuela, in a timeframe of 10 years (2010-2020); The study begins with the determination of current territory conditions and the development perspectives. It is field research with a qualitative and quantitative approach, by the fact that a prospective study and because mathematical techniques and procedures apply. First are placed the theoretical foundations that sensitize the researcher, such as prospective methodology and Delphi technique. Subsequently, the current situation of the locality is described, with the intention of determining the social profile and subsequently described the current situation of the town with the intention of meeting the social profile of the same and then designing scenarios of the Environment variable for the Municipality Moran. The variable was dimensioned in four categories: Status of water resources, soil, flora and fauna; Natural Disaster Prevention, Industrial Urban Population Growth and Demand of variable Environment for higher education institutions. The results show an increasing trend in the four dimensions analyzed, with a slight tendency to stay the same, in dimension: Population Growth, Urban. Although experts note an increase in the dimensions studied and the Environmental variable has great potential that could strengthen to reduce the threats and weaknesses, it is concluded that the studied does not contribute enough to the local development of the municipality in the time period specified. | en-US |
| dc.description | El propósito de este artículo es mostrar el diseño de indicadores futuros de la variable Ambiente, para el Municipio Morán del estado Lara de Venezuela, en un marco temporal de 10 años (2010-2020); partiendo de las condiciones actuales del territorio y visualizando las perspectivas de su desarrollo local. Se inscribe bajo la modalidad de un trabajo de investigación de campo, con un enfoque cuali-cuantitativo, por el hecho de ser un estudio prospectivo y porque se aplican técnicas y procedimientos matemáticos. Primeramente se colocan los basamentos teóricos que sensibilizan al investigador, tales como; la metodología prospectiva y la técnica Delphi. Posteriormente, se describe la situación actual de la localidad, con la intención de conocer el perfil social de la misma y finalmente, se realizan los diseños de los escenarios de la variable Ambiente para el Municipio Morán. La variable Ambiente se dimensionó en cuatros categorías: Situación de los Recursos de agua, suelo, flora y fauna; la Prevención de Desastres Naturales, Crecimiento Demográfico Urbano Industrial y Demanda de la variable Ambiente a los Centros de Educación Superior. Los resultados obtenidos reflejan una tendencia al aumento en las cuatro dimensiones, con una ligera tendencia a mantenerse igual en la dimensión: Crecimiento Demográfico Urbano Industria. Aunque los expertos consultados observan un aumento en las dimensiones estudiadas y la variable Ambiente posee grandes potencialidades que podrían fortalecer la localidad para disminuir las amenazas y sus debilidades, se concluye que la variable estudiada no aporta lo suficiente para desarrollo local del municipio en el tiempo temporal especificado. | es-ES |
