| dc.description | The work is an activity which man develops, through he can satisfy needs and crystallize his dreams. People who perform management functions motorizing workers, should act in response to their workers develop in environments of justice, making decisions, ensuring social security, among other features contemplated in Decent Work, (DW). This study aims to collect the interpretation from the perspective of managers in rural areas with respect to DW. Assuming the principle of Administration and social science based on the methodological possibilities which let the interpretative paradigm, I try to develop the meaning that managers of rural areas have given to Decent Work; channeled in an ethnographic design, which aims to describe, analyze and interpret, among others things, the meaning of what people do, with emphasis on daily activities. As a data collection technique, I used depth interviews, which allow me to contact managers in rural areas face to face, to listen to their perceptions and their applicability about the topic in this area. Then, I proceeded to describe, analyze and interpret these perceptions. Regarding techniques of analysis and interpretation of findings, I relied on those provided by the hermeneutical method. Among the findings, there was the satisfaction of knowing how rural managers are concerned about their workers, checking that decent work materializes in Portugueseño field. There is a heartfelt social conscience in rural managers which was manifested in their interaction with workers. | en-US |
| dc.description | El trabajo es una actividad donde el hombre se desarrolla, a través de la cual satisface necesidades, cristaliza sus sueños. Quienes cumplen funciones gerenciales motorizando la acción de sus trabajadores deben actuar en atención a que éstos se desarrollen en ambientes de justicia, tomando parte de las decisiones, con garantía de seguridad social, entre otras características contempladas en el Trabajo Decente (TD). Este estudio pretende recoger la interpretación, desde la perspectiva de los gerentes del área rural, con respecto al TD. Asumiendo el principio de Administración como ciencia social, con base en las posibilidades metodológicas que permite el paradigma interpretativo, intento develar el significado atribuido por los gerentes del área rural al término Trabajo Decente; encauzada en un diseño etnográfico, el cual aspira describir, analizar e interpretar, entre otros, el significado de lo que las personas hacen, con énfasis en la cotidianidad. Como técnica de recolección de datos se usó la entrevista a profundidad, que me permitió contactar cara a cara a los gerentes del área rural, escuchar sus percepciones acerca de la temática abordada y su aplicabilidad en el mencionado ámbito, luego de lo cual, se procedió a describir, analizar e interpretar estas percepciones. Referente a las técnicas de análisis e interpretación de hallazgos, me apoyé en las proporcionadas por el método hermenéutico. Entre los hallazgos del estudio estuvo la satisfacción de conocer cómo se interesan los gerentes rurales en sus trabajadores, comprobando que el Trabajo Decente se materializa en el campo portugueseño; dado que existe en los informantes una sentida conciencia social, que se manifiesta en su interacción con los trabajadores. | es-ES |
