dc.descriptionSe presenta el caso de una paciente de 14 años de edad, con antecedentes poco claros, tratada en los últimos dos años por infecciones respiratorias, cultivos y baciloscopías negativas, es transferida por hemoptisis a nuestro centro hospitalario. Reevaluada considerando cuadro clínico crónico, y estudios de imagen se decidió realizar broncoscopía con hallazgos encontrados que permitieron aclarar la etiología y realizar anamnesis dirigida sobre un antecedente que la paciente no recordó en el pasado ni fue advertido por los padres de la menor, la ingesta del cuerpo extraño; finalmente realizado el diagnostico se opto por conducta quirúrgica con evolución posterior favorable.es-ES
