| dc.description | In today's society there has been a new type of violence that has become much worse in the pandemic situation. I am referring to child-to-parent violence. This type of mistreatment consists of constant abuse in the form of physical or psychological violence exerted by minor children in front of their parents. It is necessary to avoid this reality that multiplies exponentially, and it is necessary to do so from the first moment it occurs. This article wants to analyze this problem fromthe perspective of its causes and consequences. At the end it will offer a proposal for legal but not jurisdictional measures to try to correct it. | en-US |

Esta modalidad de maltrato consiste en el abuso constante en forma de violencia física o psicológica, ejercido por los hijos menores frente a sus padres.Es necesario evitar esta realidad que se multiplica de forma exponencial yes necesario hacerlo además desde el primer momento en que se produce. Este artículo quiere analizar este problema desde la perspectiva de sus causas y de susconsecuencias.
