| dc.description | El presente proyecto surge como necesidad de continuar con las investigaciones desarrolladas en la Universidad de Concepción del Uruguay, desde el año 2014 en la línea Acceso y Permanencia. Las mismas se enmarcan en el núcleo prioritario de la Facultad de Ciencias de la Comunicación y la Educación: “Estrategias Pedagógicas de la Educación Superior” y a la cual se pretende sumar otras Facultades.Los resultados obtenidos hasta el momento indican la necesidad de profundizar en las estrategias de aprendizaje para lo cual se requiere la oportuna y fundamentada orientación educativa a los docentes, con el propósito de hacer más eficiente y efectiva el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje ante las nuevas realidades educativa que emergen en la universidad contemporánea. Tal propósito tiene la posibilidad de consolidarse a partir del acompañamiento de propuestas sustentadas en procesos organizados desde la metodología de la investigación acción participativa entre docentes orientador/es y estudiantes. Como resultado adicional, se logrará el mejoramiento de la calidad profesional del personal docente desde acciones de orientación educativa que posibiliten la pro actividad de la enseñanza en cada disciplina.
This project is the result of the necessity to continue with the research developed at the University of Concepción del Uruguay since 2014 in the line of Access and Permanence. These are framed within the priority kernel of the Faculty of Communication Sciences and Education: "Pedagogical Strategies of Higher Education" and to which it is intended to add other Faculties. So far, the results obtained indicate the need to deepen the learning strategies for which the timely and well-founded educational guidance to teachers is required, with the purpose of making the teaching-learning process more efficient and effective in the light of the new educational realities that emerge in the contemporary university. That purpose has the possibility of being consolidated from the accompaniment of proposals based on processes which are organized using the research methodology of participatory action between teachers, counselors and students. As an additional result, the improvement of the professional quality of the teaching staff will be achieved from educational guidance actions that will enable the proactivity of teaching in each discipline. | es-ES |
