dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this article is to share the vision and experience in the dictation of the Nursing Administration course, in reference to the reconfiguration of learning and teaching processes, as a direct consequence of ASPO in the context of the pandemic, which all the country's educational institutions, in this first semester of 2020. Unexpectedly redefining the normal and habitual face-to-face dynamics, to configure a totally virtual environment, incorporating new methodologies based on ICT, more appropriate for this new reality. In this sense, the challenge of this modification in the dynamics began on March 20, and is deepening throughout this year. During the development of this first semester, innumerable situations have arisen that deserve to be mentioned to identify and reflect on the quality of the educational process. In such a way to describe, the teacher's point of view, the perspective of the students, accessibility problems, inconveniences related to the different tools that were proposed, among many other issues that shaped this semester into something special and an enriching experience in vocational training.
