| dc.description | La plataforma continental argentina es una continuación natural de nuestro territorio nacional. Sobre el lecho y el subsuelo de las áreas marítimas continentales, el Estado posee plena soberanía, así como el derecho real de dominio sobre todos los recursos naturales explotables, ya se trate de petróleo, gas, o formaciones polimetálicas. En atención a la evolución de la normativa jurídica nacional e internacional, así como a las posibilidades que se han dado a través de la CONVEMAR, resulta altamente positiva la presentación efectuada por nuestro país, así como muy posible un futuro reconocimiento de nuestro derecho soberano sobre la plataforma continental más allá de las 200 millas marítimas jurisdiccionales, en los puntos que exceden ese límite y hasta las 350 millas, lo que implica también el reconocimiento del derecho real de dominio de los recursos subyacentes para nuestro país. Ello implica que a la República Argentina le cabe una gran responsabilidad en la explotación racional de los recursos, tanto vivos como naturales y en la preservación del medio ambiente | es-ES |

On the bed and subsoil of the continental maritime areas the State has full sovereignty, as well as the Royal right of domain on all exploitable natural resources, whether it’s oil, gas, or syngenetic formations. In response to the evolution of national and international legal regulations, as well as to the possibilities that have been given through CONVEMAR, it is highly positive presentation made by our country, as well as a very possible future recognition of our sovereign rights over the continental shelf over beyond the 200 mile maritime jurisdictional, at points that exceed this limit and up to 350 miles which also implies the recognition of the real right to mastery of the underlying resources for our country. This implies that to the Argentina Republic a great responsibility fit you in the rational exploitation of both living and natural resources and the preservation of the environment. | en-US |
