| dc.description | AbstractInterculturality is characterized by being a dynamic process of evolutionaryrelationships between different cultural groups, this is how the issue of bilingualintercultural education in Chile has been a permanent discussion in recent decades,this is largely due to the fact that the educational policies at a global level that havedirectly targeted concepts such as equity at a general level in the education area, with anemphasis on the vindication of the indigenous peoples of Chile. From this perspective,in this research a concise assessment was made of what are the implementationsand concrete actions that are being carried out in the preschool area around theintercultural bilingual theme. The research was developed under the qualitativeparadigm, an ethnographic method within the framework of descriptive analysisthrough data collection tools that allow a qualitative view of the processes of selectionand transmission of intercultural content, while using different observation methodsin joint with intentional - interventions that seek to deepen the information gatheredin the first instance through instruments such as formal and informal interviews. Theexistence of different opportunity factors is manifested to promote the relationship andnegotiation between conditions of respect, legitimacy, symmetry, equity and equality,in a diverse and inclusive reality. | en-US |
| dc.description | ResumenLa interculturalidad se caracteriza por ser un proceso dinámico de relacionesevolutivas entre distintos grupos culturales, es así como el tema de la educaciónintercultural bilingüe en Chile ha sido una discusión permanente en las últimasdécadas, esto se debe en gran parte al hecho de que las políticas educativas a nivelglobal que han apuntado directamente a conceptos como la equidad a nivel generalen el área educación, con énfasis en la reivindicación hacia los pueblos indígenas deChile. Desde esta perspectiva, en esta investigación se realizó una apreciación concisasobre cuáles son las implementaciones y acciones concretas que se están llevando acabo en el área de preescolar en torno al tema intercultural bilingües. La investigaciónse desarrolló bajo el paradigma cualitativo, método etnográfico dentro del marco delanálisis descriptivo a través de herramientas de recolección de datos que permitenuna visión cualitativa de los procesos de selección y transmisión de contenidosinterculturales, utilizando al mismo tiempo diferentes métodos de observación enconjunto con intencionales- intervenciones que buscan profundizar la informaciónreunida en primera instancia a través de instrumentos tales como entrevistas formalese informales. Se manifiesta la existencia de distintos factores de oportunidad parafomentar la relación y negociación entre condiciones de respeto, legitimidad, simetría,equidad e igualdad, en una realidad diversa e inclusiva. | es-ES |
