| dc.description | This article presents the economic impact of the tourism, its capacity of human development in an area of Brazil, using the tools of the conventional economic analysis and of the ecological economy. The use of the method of analysis of the ecological economy is justified once the complex structure of the activity of the tourism. A comparison among the two analysis methodologies was an interesting exercise and developing of the studies manifests the importance of incorporating other dimensions besides the economic one in the analysis of tourist projects. So for a better understanding of the current situation and also for the perspective of the economic growth in the future, the chrematistic indicators are not only enough. The ecological economy can help us to understand and to act from the complex interrelations among the several dimensions of the phenomenon of the tourism. | en-US |
| dc.description | O objetivo deste estudo é explorar o impacto econômico do turismo, sua capacidade de desenvolvimento humano em uma área do Brasil, utilizando as ferramentas da análise econômica convencional e da economia ecológica.Os impactos econômicos são mensurados através de indicadores convencionais de economia, onde se incluem os empregos gerados, aumento no número de turistas, incremento de receita tributária, entre outros que costumam indicar o crescimento econômico derivado da atividade turística.Da ótica da economia ecológica, outras dimensões são analisados, com o objetivo de medir o impacto da atividade ao meio ambiente, os retornos à natureza e a contaminação, utilizando como referência à “Bússola da Sustentabilidade”. | pt-BR |
