dc.descriptionThe article analyzes how, in the twentieth century, we have been witnessed to the collapse of many certainties, such as the political parties, the elections, democracy, philosophy, humanism, the family, among a long list. It also reflects how in Cuba, from Fidel Castro´s first speech in Santi Espiritu, was manifested and promised the creation of a citizen with a comprehensive general culture was manifested and promised. It was argued that a cultured man is aware that his freedom is unconquerable. In this regard, Che, in 1965, wrote in his essay-letter entitled «Socialism and man in Cuba» the scope that the formation of that new man would have. It ends up recognizing that although the Revolution has not achieved the creation of a totally new man, it at least managed to form solidary citizens, and this is a novelty in today’s world.en-US
dc.descriptionEl artículo  analiza cómo, en el siglo XX, se ha presenciado el derrumbe de muchas certezas entre estas los partidos políticos, las elecciones, la democracia, la filosofía, el humanismo y la familia entre una larga lista. Se reflexiona de como en Cuba, desde el primer discurso de Fidel Castro en Santi Espíritu, se manifestó y se prometió que se iniciaba la creación de un ciudadano con una cultura general integral. Se argumentaba que un hombre culto tiene conciencia de que su libertad es inconquistable. Al respecto El Che escribió en 1965 en su carta-ensayo titulada “El socialismo y el hombre en Cuba” el alcance que tendría la formación de ese hombre nuevo. Se termina reconociendo que si bien la Revolución no ha logrado la creación de un hombre totalmente nuevo, al menos logró formar ciudadanos solidarios y esto es toda una novedad en el mundo de hoy.es-ES
