dc.descriptionThe objective of this systematic review is to know how oral competence is being developed at the higher level and what are the related problems that should be solved for the students' benefit; therefore, the study developed a PRISMA diagram, a table of authors and research, and a table of distribution of articles by repository; the scientific information was mainly retrieved from Scopus, Scielo and Elsevier, in a target period of three months. The process of identification and inclusion of information was developed with the collection of 37 articles. However, only 8 were included. The result was that teachers should prioritize activities where oral competence can be developed, since it is relevant for the professional life of students, especially because the current labor market is very competitive. In conclusion, the curricular inclusion of oral practices are important components in higher education, even though they are not considered at the time the subjects are taught, since it depends entirely on the curriculum of each institution.en-US
dc.descriptionEl objetivo de esta revisión sistemática es conocer cómo se viene dando la competencia oral en el nivel superior y cuáles son los problemas relacionados que deben solucionarse para el bien de los estudiantes; por ello el estudio desarrolló un diagrama PRISMA, una tabla de relación de autores e investigaciones, y una tabla de distribución de artículos por repositorio; la información científica se recuperó principalmente de Scopus, Scielo y Elsevier, en un período meta de tres meses. El proceso de identificación e inclusión de la información se desarrolló con la recolección de 37 artículos. Sin embargo, solamente se incluyeron 8. Se obtuvo como resultado que los docentes deben priorizar las actividades donde la competencia oral pueda desarrollarse, ya que es relevante para la vida profesional de los alumnos, sobre todo porque el mercado laboral actual es muy competitivo. A modo de conclusión, la inclusión curricular de prácticas orales son componentes importantes en la educación superior, pese a no ser consideradas al momento de realizar las asignaturas, ya que depende netamente de la malla curricular de cada institución.es-ES
