| dc.description | El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo principal determinar la creación imaginaria del espacio urbano del estado Vargas, en el marco del proceso de reconstrucción que se adelanta en la entidad, tras los embates de la naturaleza que sufriera en diciembre de 1999, considerado uno de los desastres de gran magnitud en Latinoamérica. Se toma como centro de estudio para los sectores de La Veguita y El Cojo, ubicados en la parroquia Macuto, de gran significación histórica, regional, turística, económica, urbana y cultural en la entidad varguense, . La metódica empleada considera la cobertura de fuentes bibliográficas, electrónicas y humanas, especializadas y vinculadas al tema de la construcción y planificación urbana así como del imaginario urbano, permitiendo obtener la información precisa y necesaria para el desarrollo en profundidad de la investigación. Es de destacar que en pleno desarrollo del estudio, el estado Vargas se apreciaba como un centro de construcción del entorno urbano en proceso de modernización, influyendo en los patrones de conducta, identidades colectivas, valores, costumbres, procesos comunicativos y normas de convivencia de sus habitantes, plegados a lo susceptible e intangible. La visión turística que se tiene de la entidad varguense es la punta de lanza en el proceso de reconstrucción, que además de estar dirigida a la prevención de situaciones de riesgo, busca estrechar la relación entre los ciudadanos y su entorno. El resultado de esta investigación determinó que en Vargas se impulsa un reordenamiento urbano así como una transformación en su concepción como ciudad y de sus ciudadanos, concluyendo que el imaginario planteado por los habitantes mantiene cierta congruencia con las propuestas hechas por el estado en materia turística. | |
| dc.description | The present work of investigation had primary objective to determine the imaginary creation of the urban space of the state Vargas, within the framework of the reconstruction process that goes ahead in the organization, after the attacks of the nature that suffered in December of 1999, considered one of the disasters of great magnitude in Latinoamerica. It is taken as training center for the sectors of the Veguita and El Cojo, located in the parish Macuto, of great historical, regional, touristic, economic, urban and cultural meaning in the varguense organization.
Methodology used, considers the cover of bibliographical, electronic sources and human, specialized and tie to the subject of a construction and urban planning, So like of imaginary the urban one, allowing to obtain information needs and necessary for the development in depth of the investigation. It is in the heat of to emphasize, that development of the study, the state Vargas was appraised like a center of construction of the urban surroundings in modernization process, influencing in the patterns of conduct, collective identities, values, customs, communicative processes and norms of coexistence of its inhabitants, folds to susceptible and the intangible one.
Vision touristic that is had of the varguense organization is the point of the spear in the reconstruction process, that in addition to be directed to the prevention of risk situations, looks for to narrow the relation between the people and their surroundings. The result of this investigation I determine that in Vargas an urban reordering is impelled so like one transformation in its conception like city and of the people, concluding that the imaginary one raised by the inhabitants maintains certain parity with the proposals done by the state in touristic matter. | |
