| dc.description | Se analiza el estudio de las herramientas de la Web 2.0, en el caso especifico de la red social Facebook aplicada a la Biblioteca Virtual UCV. El estudio se desarrolla en tres fases: 1) Obtención de información relativa a los inicios de la internet y evolución de la misma; 2) Uso de las redes sociales y aplicaciones encontradas para las bibliotecas; y 3) Análisis de las estadísticas que reflejan el uso de esta red social y la visibilidad que ha aportado para la Biblioteca Virtual UCV. Para la Biblioteca Virtual de la Universidad Central de Venezuela ha sido de gran apoyo comunicacional el uso de las redes sociales, en especial del Facebook, ya que se ha demostrado el incremento de la visibilidad de la Biblioteca. | |
| dc.description | We analyze the study of Web 2.0 tools in the specific case of the social network Facebook Virtual Library applied to UCV. The study was carried out in three phases: 1) Obtaining information on the early evolution of the Internet and the same; 2) Use of social networks and applications found for libraries; and 3) Analysis of the statistics that reflect the using this social network and visibility has contributed to the Virtual Library UCV. To the Virtual Library of the Universidad Central de Venezuela has been a great support communication using social networks, especially Facebook, as it has been shown to increase the visibility of the Library. | |
