| dc.description.abstract | El Estado, ficción jurídica a la que nos encontraremos atados todos los que osemos adentrarnos en sus fronteras, ha sufrido diversas transformaciones desde su concepción, siendo la última de ellas la transición del Estado Moderno al Posmoderno. A diferencia de las mutaciones previas, el Estado Posmoderno no supone un giro copernicano respecto a la visión del Estado Moderno, como sí lo fue, por ejemplo, la transición de la Edad Antigua a la Edad Media. Si así fuera, hablaríamos entonces de una evolución, una adecuación, si se quiere, del Estado Moderno a la era contemporánea; lo que indudablemente ha venido de la mano con la incertidumbre, la complejidad y la indeterminación propias del cambio. Es precisamente a causa de ello que estimamos pertinente dimensionar esa transición, con miras a alcanzar una mayor comprensión del fenómeno del posmodernismo. // The State, legal fiction to which all of those who dare to go beyond its boundaries are found to be bound, has suffered diverse transformations since its conception, being its transition from the Modern to Postmodern State, the last one. Unlike the previous mutations, the Postmodern State does not assume a Copernican twist towards the vision of the Modern State. A contrasting example can be the transition from the Ancient to the Middle Ages, which indeed, did assume this shift. If this were the case, we would be speaking about an evolution, an adaptation, if you will, from the Modern State to the current era. Without any doubt, this has come hand in hand with the uncertainty, the complexity, and the indetermination, which are part of change itself. This is precisely why we consider to be pertinent that this transition be dimensioned in terms of achieving a greater understanding of the postmodernism phenomenon. | |
