| dc.description | En el contexto de profundos cambios tecnológicos internacionales, la obsolescencia cada vez más veloz de los procesos y productos industriales y la mayor fluidez en la circulación del conocimiento tecnológico son importantes características del escenario competitivo actual, donde los sistemas productivos se desarrollan con diversos resultados. En este escenario, se plantea el caso del Parque Industrial de Gualeguaychú -Entre Ríos- administrado por la Corporación de Desarrollo de Gualeguaychú (CODEGU). Se plantea conocer la relación oferta-demanda tecnológica en las empresas del Parque e identificar a partir de ello cuáles son los factores que dinamizan esta relación y cuáles son los que obstaculizan, como así también el impacto que estos tienen sobre la gestión tecnológica. También se analiza y describe el rol de las estructuras de interrelación (EDI), particularmente en la CODEGU y la función que juegan en la vinculación entre los sistemas científico-tecnológico y productivo. El estudio de caso aborda el tema de la gestión tecnológica, para lo cual se realizó una profunda revisión bibliográfica, un estudio y análisis de modelos de vinculación tecnológica y de los sistemas de innovación, tanto nacionales como regionales (en sus distintos subentornos científicos-tecnológico, productivo y financiero). Se destaca la influencia de la gestión tecnológica en los sistemas de innovación y su contribución al desarrollo de una región. Del estudio de campo realizado mediante encuestas y entrevistas semiestructuradas a empresas del Parque Industrial e informantes clave de la Corporación, se concluye que existe cierta debilidad en la estructura de articulación y gestión de esta EDI entrerriana y que los principales factores incidentes son el financiamiento y los recursos humanos. | |
| dc.description | In the context of deep international technological changes, the ever increasing obsolescence of industrial processes and products and the greater flow in the circulation of technological knowledge constitute important features of the current competitive scenario where productive systems develop with diverse results. In this context, we present the case of Parque Industrial de Gualeguaychú – Entre Ríos – administered by the Corporación de Desarrollo de Gualeguaychú (CODEGU). We aim to get to know the technological supply and demand relationships in the enterprises involved, and identify the factors that invigorate or hinder it and the impact it has on technological management. We also analyse and describe the role of interrelation structures (EDI), particularly within CODEGU and the function they have in the relation between scientific-technological and productive systems. This case study deals with technological management. A detailed and careful review of the literature on this topic was carried out, models of technological circulation and innovation systems at national and regional levels were studied and analysed in their different scientific-technological, productive and financial sub-environments. The influence of technological management innovation systems and their contribution to regional development is highlighted. Our study, carried out through surveys and semi-structured interviews to enterprises from the Parque Industrial and key informants from the CODEGU show that there is certain weakness in the articulation structure and management of the (EDI) under study, and that the main incident factors are financing and human resources. | |
