Consumo de Insulinas en Hospital Víctor Lazarte Echegaray- EsSalud, 2019– 2020

Abstract

El presente informe de prácticas preprofesionales tuvo como objetivo evaluar el consumo de Insulina cristalina humana 100 u.i./ml, Insulina glargina 100 UI/ml x 10 ml, Insulina lispro 100 U/ml x 10 ml, Insulina NPH humana 100 u.i./ml. del hospital Víctor Lazarte Echegaray, entre los años 2019 y 2020 con el objetivo de analizar e identificar cual es la insulina que más se utiliza en este establecimiento. El método utilizado consistió en tomar información de la base de datos del sistema de gestión hospitalaria, se seleccionaron todas las insulinas dispensadas en el hospital Victor Lazarte Echegaray del año 2019- 2020 para luego procesarlas en el programa Microsoft Excel 2016. Los resultados fueron: La insulina con mayor prescripción fue la NPH humana 100 u.i./ml con un 63%, insulina glargina 100 UI/ml x 10 ml con un 30%, Insulina lispro 100 U/ml x 10 ml con 5%, Insulina cristalina humana 1% entre los años 2019 y 2020 de los análisis de los resultados de concluye. Del análisis de los resultados se concluye: Que la insulina más prescrita fue la NPH humana 100 u.i./ml con un 63%.
