Impacto del COVID19 en la gestión y ejecución del presupuesto de la Municipalidad Provincial de San Miguel - periodo 2020

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como fin, demostrar el Impacto del COVID19 en la Gestión y Ejecución del Presupuesto de la Municipalidad Provincial de San Miguel - periodo 2020. La Municipalidad Provincial de San Miguel, ubicada en el Departamento de Cajamarca, con Personería Jurídica Pública, está facultada para satisfacer las necesidades básicas de la población de su jurisdicción. En la Metodología de Investigación, siendo un estudio no experimental, con diseño de contrastación correlacional, se usó el método analítico descriptivo, y se confirmó la hipótesis que el Covid - 19 impactó de modo negativo. Por último, se pudo concluir de acuerdo a las Trasferencias de Recursos Públicos, que el Impacto del Covid-19 en la Municipalidad Provincial de San Miguel en la Gestión y Ejecución del Presupuesto del periodo 2020, fue negativo, donde se considera que el PIM fue de S/ 30, 667,528.00, equivalente al 100% programado y solo se ejecutó (fase devengado) S/ 5, 094,603.00, equivalente al 16.6%.

The purpose of this research work is to demonstrate the Impact of COVID19 on the Management and Execution of the Budget of the Provincial Municipality of San Miguel - 2020 period. The Provincial Municipality of San Miguel, located in the Department of Cajamarca, with Public Legal Status, is empowered to meet the basic needs of the population in its jurisdiction. In the Research Methodology, being a non-experimental study, with a correlational contrast design, the descriptive analytical method was used, and the hypothesis that Covid-19 had a negative impact was confirmed. Finally, it was concluded according to the Public Resource Transfers, that the Impact of Covid-19 in the Provincial Municipality of San Miguel in the Management and Execution of the Budget for the 2020 period, was negative, where it is considered that the PIM was of S / 30, 667,528.00, equivalent to the programmed 100% and only executed (accrued phase) S / 5, 094,603.00, equivalent to 16.6%.
