Empoderamiento de las mujeres y desarrollo de los niños asistentes del PRONOEI Casita de Madera - Huanchaco 2021

Abstract

La presente investigación se realizó con el objetivo de explicar la influencia del empoderamiento de las mujeres en el desarrollo de los niños asistentes del PRONOEI “Casita de Madera” del distrito de Huanchaco 2021, para lo cual se tuvo como muestra a 20 madres entre las edades de 21 y 37 años. En el desarrollo de la investigación se empleó el método explicativo, estadístico y comparativo, también se usaron técnicas de recolección de información como la observación directa, entrevista, encuesta y análisis documental; lo que permitió explicar cómo influye el empoderamiento de las mujeres en el desarrollo de los niños asistentes del PRONOEI “Casita de Madera” del distrito de Huanchaco, identificando y analizando el nivel de autoestima y el nivel de participación en el hogar. A través de los resultados obtenidos se puede evidenciar que el empoderamiento de las mujeres influye de manera positiva y significativa en el desarrollo de los niños asistentes del PRONOEI Casita de Madera del distrito de Huanchaco 2021

The present investigation was carried out with the objective of explaining the influence of the empowerment of women in the development of the children attending the PRONOEI "Casita de Madera" of the district of Huanchaco 2021, for which 20 mothers were taken as a sample between the ages 21 and 37 years old. In the development of the research, the explanatory, statistical and comparative method was used, information collection techniques such as direct observation, interview, survey and documentary analysis were also used; which allowed explaining how the empowerment of women influences the development of the children attending the PRONOEI "Casita de Madera" in the district of Huanchaco, identifying and analyzing the level of self-esteem and the level of participation in the home. Through the results obtained, it can be shown that the empowerment of women has a positive and significant influence on the development of the children attending the PRONOEI Casita de Madera in the district of Huanchaco 2021
