Influencia del clima institucional en el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes de la I.E. “Manuel José Becerra”- Miracosta- Chota 2019

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación denominado “Influencia del clima institucional en el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes de la I.E. “Manuel José Becerra”- Miracosta- Chota 2019” tuvo como objetivo determinar el nivel de influencia del clima institucional en el rendimiento académico en los estudiantes en mención. Para lograr dicho objetivo, el estudio se enmarcó dentro de la investigación de tipo cuantitativa, con diseño correlacional – transeccional. La técnica empleada para este estudio fue la encuesta, empleando como herramienta un cuestionario debidamente validado por tres expertos: dos maestros en educación y una estadística. Para determinar la confiabilidad, el instrumento fue sometido a una prueba piloto, aplicada a un total de 15 estudiantes. Se obtuvo un 0,917, de acuerdo al baremo establecido según el Alpha de Cronbach el instrumento fue de alta confiabilidad El instrumento, debidamente validado y con fiabilidad comprobada, se aplicó a un total de 57 estudiantes que fueron parte de la población - muestra, del primero al quinto grado de educación secundaria. La información que se obtuvo fue procesada empleando el programa estadístico SPSS, y aplicando las fórmulas estadísticas correspondientes para obtener los datos que se perseguían. En cuanto a las variables: clima institucional y rendimiento académico, se obtuvo que r = 0.660. El valor obtenido determinó que existía una correlación positiva fuerte, además de un nivel de significación p de 0.00. La teoría estadística existente indica que cuando el valor de significancia en menor de 0.05 se rechaza la hipótesis nula y se acepta la hipótesis alterna. Según los resultados obtenidos en este estudio y que se especificaron en el párrafo anterior, se acepta que el clima institucional influye significativamente en el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes de la I.E. “Manuel José Becerra” – Miracosta – Chota - 2019.

The present research work called "Influence of the institutional climate on the academic performance of the students of the I.E. "Manuel José Becerra"- Miracosta - Chota 2019" aimed to determine the level of influence of the institutional climate on the academic performance of the students in question. To achieve this objective, the study was framed within the productive type of research, with a correlational - transactional design. The technique used for this was the survey, used as a tool a questionnaire duly validated by three experts: two teachers in study education and a statistician. To determine the reliability test, the instrument was subjected to a pilot, applied to a total of 15 students. A 0.917 was obtained, according to the scale established according to Cronbach's Alpha, the instrument was of high reliability. The instrument, duly validated and with proven reliability, was applied to a total of 57 students who were part of the population - sample, from the first to the fifth grade of secondary education. The information obtained was processed using the statistical program SPSS, and applying the corresponding statistical formulas to obtain the data that was sought. Regarding the variables: institutional climate and academic performance, it was obtained that r = 0.660. The value obtained increased that there was a strong positive connection, in addition to a significance level p of 0.00. The existing statistical theory indicates that when the significance value is less than 0.05, the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is accepted. According to the results obtained in this study and specified in the previous paragraph, it is accepted that the institutional climate significantly influences the academic performance of I.E. "Manuel José Becerra" - Miracosta - Chota - 2019.
