Consumo de Ertapenem y Linezolid en el servicio de infectología del Hospital Alta Complejidad Virgen de la Puerta- EsSalud, en el periodo 2018-2019

Abstract

El presente informe tuvo como objetivo determinar el consumo de Ertapenem y Linezolid en el servicio de Infectología del Hospital Alta Complejidad Virgen de la Puerta- EsSalud, en el periodo 2018-2019. Se determinó el consumo mediante la metodología DDD/100camas/día de Ertapenem y Linezolid. La información se obtuvo de los registros informatizados de los medicamentos consumidos por pacientes hospitalizados de ambos sexos, durante el periodo 2018-2019. La tendencia del consumo de ertapenem en el Servicio de Infectologia es a incrementar en el tiempo (r = 0.5255). La tendencia del consumo de Linezolid en el Servicio de Infectología es a incrementar en el tiempo (r=0,4512). El consumo de Ertapenem y Linezolid en 2018 y 2019 ocasionó un gasto total de 198440.15 y 73431.5 respectivamente.

The objective of this report was to determine the consumption of Ertapenem and Linezolid in the Infectious Diseases department of Hospital Alta Complejidad Virgen de la Puerta-EsSalud, in the period 2018-2019. Consumption was determined using the DDD / 100beds / day methodology of Ertapenem and Linezolid. The information was obtained from the computerized records of the drugs consumed by hospitalized patients of both sexes, during the period 2018-2019. The trend of ertapenem consumption in the Infectology Service is to increase over time (r = 0.5255). The trend of Linezolid consumption in the Infectology Service is to increase over time (r = 0.4512). The consumption of Ertapenem and Linezolid in 2018 and 2019 caused a total expenditure of 198440.15 and 73.431.5 respectively.
