El comportamiento electoral de los miembros de mesa en las elecciones generales 2021

Abstract

La presente investigación, se trazó como fin determinar el comportamiento electoral de los miembros de mesa del distrito de Chiclayo en las elecciones generales 2021, empleando una metodología de tipo descriptiva, con diseño no experimental transversal, considerando una muestra de 159 miembros de mesa. Entre resultados, se evaluó de acuerdo la función de los miembros de mesa, indicando que el 32,22% fueron seleccionados por sorteo de la ONPE, el 43,40% asistieron por deber, el 58,49% asistieron a las capacitaciones realizadas por la ONPE, a la vez, que el 56,60% hicieron mención que emitir su voto implica deber, más del 50% señaló que asisten por temor a la multa, ante ello en el proceso de escrutinio, prevaleció la veracidad con 49,06%, seguido del 30,19% por respeto al voto de los electores, finalmente, que el material otorgado para las elecciones no es el adecuado. Se concluyó, que el comportamiento electoral de los miembros de mesa del distrito de Chiclayo en las elecciones generales 2021, fue negativo, destacando que mucho de ellos accedieron ser miembro de mesa debido a la compensación económica y otros por temor a la multa, asimismo, se destaca, que los miembros de mesa indicaron que el material designado no es el suficiente para el correcto desenvolvimiento de sus funciones.

The objective of this research was to determine the electoral behavior of the polling station members of the Chiclayo district in the 2021 general elections, using a descriptive methodology, with a non-experimental cross-sectional design, considering a sample of 159 polling station members. It was concluded that the electoral behavior of the polling station members of the Chiclayo district in the 2021 general elections was negative, highlighting that many of them agreed to be a polling member due to financial compensation and others for fear of the fine, too, It is highlighted that the board members indicated that the designated material is not enough for the correct performance of their functions.
