Sistemas de información web para agilizar el seguimiento del plan anual de contrataciones de la Municipalidad Provincial de Trujillo

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación titulado “SISTEMA DE INFORMACIÓN WEB PARA AGILIZAR EL SEGUIMIENTO DEL PLAN ANUAL DE CONTRATACIONES DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD PROVINCIAL DE TRUJILLO”, es una propuesta para agilizar el seguimiento de los procesos contemplados por el plan anual de contrataciones, con el fin de orientar y desarrollar las metas y objetivos preestablecidos por dicha entidad. Esta investigación tiene dos etapas diferenciadas: Proyecto de Investigación y el Desarrollo de la Tesis. En la primera etapa, se busca obtener el plan de tesis donde se generaliza el trabajo a realizar y, en la segunda etapa se desarrolla el plan de trabajo, específicamente, se presenta el diseño de un Sistema de Información Web para la Municipalidad Provincial de Trujillo. En donde, en primer lugar, se determina el problema, se plantean los objetivos y su justificación. En segundo lugar, se da a conocer la base teórica y legal que sustenta el modelo de diseño en cuestión. En tercer lugar, se tendrá presente el diseño del sistema de información web; La implementación se ha desarrollado con la metodología RUP, bajo el enfoque de gestión del PMBOK. Asimismo, se dan a conocer algunas conclusiones y recomendaciones. PALABRAS CLAVE: Sistema de Información Web, Seguimiento del Plan Anual de Contrataciones, RUP, PMBOK.

This research paper entitled "INFORMATION SYSTEM TO STREAMLINE MONITORING ANNUAL PROCUREMENT PLAN OF THE PROVINCIAL MUNICIPALITY OF TRUJILLO" is proposed to streamline the monitoring of the processes covered by the annual procurement plan, in order to guide and develop goals and objectives preset by the entity. This research has two distinct stages: Project Research and Development of the thesis. In the first stage, we seek to obtain the thesis plan where the work generalizes to perform and in the second stage the work plan is developed, specifically, the design of a system of Web Information for the Provincial Municipality of Trujillo is presented. Where, first, the problem is determined, objectives and justification arise. Secondly, it teaches the theoretical and legal basis underpinning the design model in question. Thirdly, it will present the design of web information system. The implementation was developed with the RUP methodology, under the management approach PMBOK.
