dc.description.abstractThe overall objective of this research is to understand how organizational culture influences the job performance of Mass Program Auditors SUNAT Freedom during the period July-December, 2012, that because it is intended to demonstrate that organizational culture SUNAT has positively influenced job performance of the Auditors of the Administration Programs Regional Mass Freedom for the period specified above . We have investigated the characteristics and types SUNAT organizational culture and work performance Interveners Massive Program ( IPM ) Regional Municipality of La Libertad during the period July to December 2012 , using surveys of 47 auditors SUNAT also conducted interviews with program coordinators, in order to corroborate the information provided by the auditors . In the study, it was demonstrated that the organizational culture of constructive type SUNAT is achievement oriented and job performance of IPM SUNAT Freedom during the period July-December 2012 was satisfactory. This is because SUNAT organizational culture is oriented to knowledge and achievement of the vision , goals, objectives and institutional values and maintain an organizational environment friendly and companionship, the IPM Freedom SUNAT -IR are motivated , encouraged , trained and have the availability of resources necessary to achieve the objectives of the institution. For these reasons, it was concluded that SUNAT Organizational Culture influenced job performance improvement of Auditors Program SUNAT Mass Freedom during the period July to December 2012.
