Ciclo deming para incrementar la productividad en la empresa FAM Ingenieros Contratistas SRL, Trujillo-2021

Abstract

El presente estudio tiene como objetivo general determinar de qué manera el ciclo de Deming incrementa la productividad en la empresa FAM Ingenieros Contratistas SRL, Trujillo - 2021. La investigación es de tipo aplicada, su diseño es cuasi experimental. La población de estudio son las obras realizadas en el periodo 2020 y en el primer semestre del periodo 2021; así mismo todos los procesos de la empresa. Los resultados encontrados fueron que la eficiencia (pre prueba) fue de un 96.78% y después de la aplicación del ciclo de Deming fue de 99.21%, generando un aumento del 2.43%; la eficacia (pre prueba) fue de un 80.96% y después de la aplicación del ciclo de Deming fue de 88.84%, generando un aumento del 7.88%. La productividad (pre prueba) fue de un 78.15% y después de la aplicación del ciclo de Deming fue de 88.23%, generando un aumento del 10.08%. Por lo tanto, se concluye que el ciclo de Deming incrementa la productividad en la empresa FAM Ingenieros Contratistas SRL, Trujillo – 2021 (t=2.806 y p=0.015<0.05).

The general objective of this study is to determine how the Deming cycle will increase productivity in the company FAM Ingenieros Contratistas SRL, Trujillo - 2021. The research is of an applied type, its design is quasi-experimental. The study population is the works carried out in the 2020 period and in the first semester of the 2021 period; likewise all the processes of the company. The results found were that the efficiency (pre test) was 96.78% and after the application of the Deming cycle it was 99.21%, generating an increase of 2.43%; the efficacy (pre test) was 80.96% and after the application of the Deming cycle it was 88.84%, generating an increase of 7.88%. Productivity (pre test) was 78.15% and after the application of the Deming cycle it was 88.23%, generating an increase of 10.08%. Therefore, it is concluded that the Deming cycle increases productivity in the company FAM Ingenieros Contratistas SRL, Trujillo - 2021 (t=2.806 and p=0.015<0.05).
